Of­fice of the Berlin Equal Op­por­tu­ni­ties Pro­gram (BCP)

Women are still underrepresented in research, teaching and at almost all academic and artistic qualification levels, particularly in professorships and management positions. The state of Berlin is committed to targeted measures to promote equal opportunities for women and to create gender-equitable structures and cultures, and supports equal opportunities measures at universities through the Berlin program to promote equal opportunities for women in research and teaching - also known as the Berlin Equal Opportunities Program. Its coordinating office is located at the HU Berlin.
