The workshops focus on a positive approach to self-confidence and self-esteem as well as a substantive examination of different forms of violence, e.g. verbal or physical violence. The practical part of the workshops includes exercises to demonstrate boundaries and self-assertion. Both employees and students can take part in the workshop.
